:nonono: Don't ever leave batteries in the batteries compartment when sending a box
A ebayer left 2 batteries in the battery compartment
and sent the kaboom to me
The noise they made rattling around in side
it was heart breaking as my heart was beating faster and harder
all i was thinking its the strap ,no the power cord , no the remote
heart was pounding all the way home
As i have read all your stories and had it happen to me
but i got it home photoed every thing unwrapped it

all was good
thank f..k for that
the offending batteries

I had a seller leave batteries in a radio when shipping. The transformer broke loose from the case, smashed open the battery compartment and the batteries acted like wrecking balls in the radio. :'-(

What is wrong with people? Is there no common sense left? It's illegal to ship batteries in the first place! :nonono:

I'm glad this story had a happy ending! :-P

Time to JAM! :dj-party:
