How do I access my settings?

I've been through the various pages til my eyes bleed, trying to find the settings for my profile, as per the Help page, but I can't find them. I can't even find my profile! It doesn't help that I'm legally blind, either. Can anyone help me out here?

Click on your ID/username in the far upper right hand corner on any page....a little box will open up...in that box click on "my profile". That should get ya to it young feller.

Thank you, GZ. I did find it, but I still have no idea how I got there. I'll keep your advice in mind for future reference.
