I know I've said this before but this is another example of what I see as an increasing trend in BB interest that I feel may well result in a mass resurgence in BB interest sometime soon.

I've seen something similar. Out here in Pomona, CA there is a Hip Hop dance studio and school that has a similar boombox front desk. When we went to that World of Dance event in Downtown LA about 2 years ago, they had it out promoting their school.

Had the same thought too. Thinkin' some JBL or Cerwins 18" and those Altec multicell horns would do the trick!

I agree, seems to be the 'In Thing" to have and are showing up in commercials everywhere.

Very cool to see those desks!Let's hope the former boombox manufacturers are paying attention to this resurgence.It be great to see some retro designed boomers from Aiwa,Panasonic and others that play both mp3's and cassettes.Keep you fingers crossed!
