Too funny! At times it looked more like a condom advertisement.

Who would have thought there'd be a commercial like this highlighting the need for new radio tubes???

And you can believe that the Al Jolson-looking black tubes playing the Jazz would be considered politically incorrect nowadays. The media would have a field day with that and give Telefunken a corporate lynching!

Considering the length and the fact that it was in color and must be from the 50's... I imagine that was meant for movie preview advertisement rather than for television. Does anyone know when that was made?
