I love ghetto blasters, and I have taken a couple small, old, very broken ones (and some old broken speakers I found on the street) and repainted them...made into art. I love making old electronic equipment into my art basically, but not just because it's old and needs a new life (if it can't be fixed). I do it because of the "relationship" I kinda feel with it, growing up in the 70's and 80's - when everything was mammoth and awesome.
