And now i know where I have seen the forum logo "B" before. On my JVC RC828. Not yet got the time to overhaul this box, but after 43 years, it's still fully functional. Only cleaned up the tape deck so i can use it. Dirty switches and pot's but nothing wrong or broken.

Thanks. Got a lot of different bboxes and komponent HiFi from late 70's to mid 80's and some HiFi and car audio from the 90's. I don't jump on eBay to buy the top of the line collection items to put on the shelf. I have collected my stuff since early 90's, fix it up or full overhaul, then use it . I only get items that i like for a reason. Example the Aiwa 968 i got because it got one of the most complex tape transport of any bbox. It was not working and I wanted to fix it. The 828 because of the high build quality and the cool late 70's styling. Even the advertise sticker on the tape door is in good condition. All my stuff is euro spec, mostly sold new in Norway except one of the Sharp's, GF-666Z maybe from US?
