hey glad to find this forum. I love 80's Boomboxes and Walkmans. Just getting back into it after many years. I was a teenager in Brooklyn, NY during the 80's. Some fun times. I had a sweet collection back then and I always had the right tunes for a good party anywhere anytime. My street warrior was a Conion C-126f which I still have, but needs some work. My houseparty unit which I don't have anymore was a Sanyo M9998(my favorite). I had a couple mid level Panasonics and a Fisher Ph-463. A couple Sanyo mini's also. I had several nice Walkmans too.
I want to re-collect all those units I had before and a few more.
I hope to learn and share and make a few friends.

Cheers, kris

If any of them went to FDR High School or lived in Sunset Park/Bay Ridge I might know them, I used to get around, though. I moved to FL and raised a family in the 90's and stayed there for 25 years.

If any of them went to FDR High School I just might know them. I was Class of '87. I lived in the Bay Ridge/Sunset Park area back then. I got around quite a bit. Back then we used to cruise our big ass cars around, too.
