Well what can I say wanted one for sooooo long very happy :-D
Everything I've heard about the M70 is true, sound quality wise it's on a par with my better boxes, it just goes that bit louder and has more bass and that's the difference that sets it apart.
I paid more for this than any of my other boxes, but I don't think I paid too much :hmmm:
Anyway here's the arrival and unpacking:

Everything on this works as it should the only things I needed to do besides cleaning was adjust the tape and clean the function switch.
I did need to repair the antenna mounts as two of the posts were broken.
Cosmetic wise it's very nice especially the top panel, it does have some minor edge wear and few scrapes and scratches here and there but nothing major on the front and sides, it does have some cracks on the back near the battery cover, I have repaired these.
The only other issue is it smells like an ashtray :thumbsdown : , hopefully this will clear away with time

So some pctures of the cleaning and the finished result:

Very very happy

Wow, that top panel looks brand new!

I think the time to pull a box down and fix things is when you first get it and the novelty hasn't worn off yet.

Congratulations!!

James.... :-)
