Good cleaning for chrome plastics

I am restoring a Saba transeurope BB.
Anyone have any idea what to use for cleaning dirty/greasy chrrome plastic knobs?

I Tested a little with a car degreasing and it worked quite well. No damage to the chrome and quite clean

White vinegar is good for removing marks and cleaning any dirty rust spots.
Then apply some polish/t cut.

best compound i tested is mequiars car polish. Got the chrome quite good. But not perfect. I hesitate to rub any more cause it may do more damage than good

dude use sugersoap its the best just water it down a little and dont go mad on print work or labels ! or even use a little washing up liquid it cuts through grease squeeky clean !!

I use griots glass polish works well on plastic chrome
