Going out with a boombox

Helo friends!!!

Today I went out with my portable radio on the street,

my PERDISCO 8190E,

playing some cassetes.

First time, since here in PT has never been a fad to go out in public with those,

maybe just a bit in the 80s, but hey I was only 6, or so, not much of a scene,

altough there was a lot of breakin' later in the early , mid 90s ( also in Raves ).

So, resuming it,

it was cool, i kinda wore my breaker outfit, a bandana,

and went out blaring some Shaka Khan, some Newcleus,

and it sure was cool and fun. These things can get loud indeed.

The sound travels clearly and very far.

I liked it.

Later I might get the chance to make a small vid, but not today, cause i was carrying the Box.

Making them part of your 'things to take' whenever you leave the house is a good move too.

A good strap that you can use over your should attached to the radios handle is imperative, I find.
Makes it much easier to go shopping and such then.

Can't wait to see the videos!

yeah G, its cool,

this time was the ghetto option, just to blare some tunes.

but a strap is good for more extended and rexaled period.

i carried it on my shoulder,

and also in the middle of the handle, facing in,

to me, but could grab a bit upper on the handle, thus making it more harcore, which i did not.

Remember these times there the best, i used to go out with different boxes a few years ago sadly im not in a situation to do so at the moment, i hope you had a good time blartin out those tunes.
