Went to the Canadian classic tour on Saturday October 20th
With choclair maestro fresh Wes and classified I brought my m90 for maestro to sign which I honestly thought it would be a long shot but actually managed to get backstage with my m90 and a gold paint marker and got him to sign it couldn't be happier

My m90 works nicely but paint is rough I figured the speaker cover is the easiest to remove and put a new one back on if needed but I don't plan to sell to many memories this being one added off all my radios the m90 is the only one I was willing to have autographed way to much hype surrounding the m90 I like it clearly I own one but by far not my favourite
Now that it's autographed by the godfather of Canadian hiphop I do like it more than previous though

Maestro's "Let Your Backbone Slide" was da bomb when it dropped in 1989; it was one of the first rap songs I remember liking, and not just because it's Canadian.
It's a bonus his signature looks great & in gold no less. I would suggest trying to track down another local rapper, Drake, at a Toronto Raptors game
to get him to sign the other grill, but I hear you're holding out for LL Cool J.
You do nothing in half measures; you have many other (lesser) boxes you could have finessed backstage for signatures instead.
Who else out there would have the conviction to have a top box signed?

This is a throw-down, a showdown
Hell no, I can't slow down:

Thanks Weltron the thought behind using the m90 was that the radio has been used on hip hop album covers and seen in photos all hip hop related so the obvious choice was to have the godfather autograph the radio synonymous to the hiphop culture
Thanks for posting the maestro video as well to perfect

As for drake that's a hell no for Toronto hip hop artists I'd like saukretes
Dream warriors --- are pioneers from early 90s Toronto
Dru pisse
Non equation
Dan e o

Will see only time will really tell

I can't honestly say that I know who Maestro Fresh Wes is, (until now) but I know how it feels to meet some legends in the Hip Hop game, and its pretty dam cool!

I don't easily get star struck, but a few years back, myself, Dr DER, and Miles we're guests at Comic Con in L.A. and we got to set up our boomboxes to provide the sound for the guest panel's voices, and the sound from the movie Krush Groove on the big screen behind our display.

I was like a little kid when we got to meet Kurtis Blow, and DMC of RUN DMC. We also had them autograph our boxes. We had a blast, and now I will never part with my Lasonic autograph box. Collecting boomboxes has led me to meet so many good people, and many music artists I grew up listening to.

Anyhow bro, congrats! :-) And good job on meeting one of the Canadian OG's from back in the day.
