Glad to see so many Younger BoomBoxery' ers

After reading the post including the ages of a large amount of members, I am glad to see that there are so many younger members who have a love and appreciation for these old music machines! I know that alot of members in the 40 year old range (like myself) are collecting the box's now that were unobtainable to them at the time they were introduced.....I was afraid that almost everyone with my shared interest was my age, thus meaning that once us handful of 40-50 year olds collected all the boxes that we wanted, there would be no more interest from anyone else forever....Again, I am so Happy to find out that these Beauties have caught the interest of younger generations

Yup iam 23 only been collecting for about a year these boomboxes got me quick after i saw one in a old hip hop movie (wild style) ever since then i cant stop wanting to get more

im 33 had all the big and expensive ones,m90,m70,etc now theyve gone and im left with my trusty philips d8614.dont need any more than that.still admire the rest though lol.
