The persons who made this add probably chose a boombox
because it's such a popular image right now.
They just wanted to get as many viewers as possible.

recyling has nothing to do with taking perfectly good items and throwing them in a bin so they can be turned into garbage products.
i have nothing against true recyling but i do have a lot against this version of the truth.
i mean the only real form of recyling is the continued use of that boombox.
the enviroment is important,but it is not going to be saved by taking old products melting them down and shipping them to countries where a coal fired factory turns them into spaceship shaped garbage that is used and tossed out every couple of years.
if something is truly thrashed then it does belong in the landfill.
this commercial tho is about the same as showing a mint condition 1965 mustang fastback being driven to the auto wreckers to be turned into a frying pan from china.
to the message but up until the boombox is tossed into the bin the video does looks pretty cool.
i just dont agree with the entire message its pushing.

i mean pretty soon people are going to think its not good for the environment to live to a ripe old age.
