GE Cassette Deck

GE 3-5258A cassette deck
Hello got a GE 3-5258A boombox. The tape deck had the typical broken head bracket. Replaced that from the thread on this site. Thank you great replacement part! Had all belts replaced. Heads go up as they should now. Rewinds and Fast forward. Will not play tho. There is a gear on the play idler that is broken. I attached a parts diagram. It is #37 I think it's part# is EA2X1432. Or it might be #43 and part # EA5X516 .Any ideas on what or where I can get a replacement? I guess these cassette decks are used in Realistic SCR-8 and GE 3-5259
