There's one of these near me. It's actually quite worn but it looks interesting. 2-way drivers, with a port tube on the front? I don't think that's something you come across very often. Here's a nicer specimen from the internet.
A box like that wouldn't have enough power to make use of a bass port. Even if it did, the rear panel on that box is probably vented, so the tube wouldn't work anyway.
