Hi,I'm new here so please be forgiving if this is offensive...
I just wanted to share this pic of the toys that I use to play and even test semi-working boxes.

-The FM transmitter fills about 2 blocks with tunes.
Plugged in or 8-10 hr battery($25)

-The Black tape connects to your phone's Bluetooth when play is pressed on cassette deck.
USB charge with 4-5 hr battery($10-15)

-The White tape takes an SD card and has a remote control and EQ settings.
USB charge with 5-6 hr. battery($10-15)

These are all fun options to play with if the cassette won't work,or if you want to know just how bad it's broken. The remote is cool if you have dirty hands and don't want to touch your tapes or box. The FM transmitter is cool for house parties,so all radios sync up. The Bluetooth one doesn't have EQ,so sounds a bit less bassy, but a good box and phone EQ can help some.

It's all very good info, Radio-Active, I never knew of the Bluetooth tape. I don't know (or remember) enough about Bluetooth technology, is it 'clean' as opposed to dirty ol' Wi-Fi?

Yeah,Bluetooth is bad for you I'm sure,if that's what you mean. Probably the least because of the small transmission distance.
Also,if you mean from cross interference,Yes, two of the BT tapes in the same room can be a problem. And 2 from one source didn't transmit at the exact same rate

Thanks, Radio-Active. I wasn't thinking of cross interference, only the dangers of the technology. I don't use Wi-Fi because of the increased risk of cancer or 'energy saving' light bulbs (UK) because of the 'dirty electricity' emissions so this was the way my question was directed. My health hasn't been good for a number of years so I'd prefer to minimise all these detrimental to health technologies.

.No CFL's in the office, either. Just in short use areas like bathrooms.
