Jeannie and decided back in February that we wanted to sell house and move to Florida. Well looks like it's finally happening as we sold our house a few weeks ago. After a couple of weeks searching for a new house we just signed contract on one in Hudson Florida off Gulf coast about half hour NW of Tampa.... LOL and maybe 40 miles from Jimmy ðŸ‘.
Although we just signed yesterday and the owner of the property hasn't yet because he's out of country and our realtor told us some people were looking at house yesterday and we're talking about putting in a offer. This is making us nervous but our realtor assured us the only way they would get accepted over us is if the people have cash in hand. We will have cash to but with contingency our house sells.
Anyway here is pic of the house and our closing is coming up fast. 10/21/16. We have so much to do with very little time. We are also discussing getting married within next week or 2. I'm very excited for all this but still very nervous as I've never lived outside of Illinois and even though I hate cold and snow I think I might miss it 😬
I'm stoked about the house having an in ground pool though and it's pretty good size house ( 1840 SF). We are also nervous with buying a house that we haven't seen in person. I can't post on FB just yet cuz I haven't told my kids moms 😬.
Anyway I'm hopeful to at least find a new spot for my collection and hoping to try and get a Sunshine Mixer back up by next year 😜
