Hi all,
Today been at a big flea market (where I already found my wm-ex672 for 1€ three years ago, and some boomboxes too) and while I was looking in a box where I found a nice old led calculator, and an old Sony PSU, my gf told me there’s a Walkman in another box !
She gave it to me, and I asked the seller how much he wanted for the lot.
So I paid 6 € for all that stuff, without discussing :

Incredible, the WM6 looks like new, no mark, no scuff... I simply opened it to disengage the pause button that was stuck and changed the belt. Works perfectly. Thank you Darling !!!
I spent 3 more Euros when I found those little amplified speakers at the same vendor... Nice Saturday !

I love it !, my favorite kind of story I would have paid the $6 without hesitating it's amazing what's still out there for a reasonable price.

Lately I've been into vintage calculators and digital watches don't ask me why lol. I'd also love to find a few calico handheld games from the 80s .

Snag all the TI-84's, not 83's, you can at thrifts for cheap. Around college admission time they sell for $40-80 a pop easily. That WM6 will never be found for that around my parts, great grab!!!

Yep, bargain of the year ! I never think I'll find a WM-D6 there (And I was looking sometimes on ebay, but prices are going so high...)
And the inside is as clean as the outside (picture took just before I changed the belt) :
