So when Adam and I traded Adam had told me the left LED meter worked sporadicly 
So I did some testing and found a few problems. One problem was the trim pot for left channel was intermittent so I replaced pot. Other problems were two of the wired clips from led board and from amp both were very loose. So I ended up tighteng all the prongs and she's working perfect with no intermittent flashing of LED's. I also needed to clean the battery power level switch as when it was depressed the right set of LED's would show battery power but when released it also was having problem's going back to being led power meter... It's also working 100% now
