I bought this Boombox from ebay I paid $99 + 39 Shipping
the original owner said he paid 649.00 in 1989
Does anyone know anything about it?
I can not find much info on it
the Radio Works Fine has Good reception on FM
The CD player did not work that great when i got it i adjusted something called T gain on it and it seems to work better then it did and will play cd-r disc
but for some reason it will not play this one store bought CD unless i tilt the radio up or if i lay it face down it will play so maybe it needs to be adjusted more?
and the cassette players did not work. the belts were not that great in it
i put new belts in it and now the #2 record deck works fine
but the #1 auto reverse one does not work when playing tape only one reel spins and it will eat tape but rewinds and fast forwards fine
Also it has a cd out Jack and it says in the manual that you can hook a external device into it to playback or record to a tape so i tried hooking a pioneer cd player to the inputs and it worked. I did not think you could hook a device to an output
i thought that was only used for connecting the fisher boombox to a home stereo
if you have any info about this boombox of what i can do to get the cd and tape working better let me know thanks
