Today was a nice day to garage sale shopping but most importantly to search for some boomboxes!
I almost gave up looking as I went to at least a dozen garage sales and I found nothing.
However, I went to just one last one and I found this:
Its a Lloyd's V156 8 track player.
I thought it was little odd, as I have never seen one of these before. At first the guy hesitated to sell it, but in the end he did for only $5! Woo!
Its a little dirty, and all the everything seems to work. However I don't have an 8 track to test that part soo...I don't know about that one.
Its missing the antenna tip and also the ac cord cover that keeps it in place. It has some corrosion in the battery compartment. But I plan to clean this one up and maybe put up for sale.
I love that dial light though
