Finally Updated My Ipod To This Century and Aux’ing In.

I had an old 60gb Apple iPod Video sitting in a drawer collecting dust so I modded the battery and hard drive with a 2TB capable microSD flash drive and a 3000 mah battery. Couldn’t afford the 1TB microSDs but i got two 256gb cards rocking 500gb of storage (more than enough). Filling up the beast with my CD collection which will take forever but heck I hate streaming music. My boombox has an aux in so I’m in heaven and rocking blues, jazz, hip hop etc. Glad I never recycled it when the battery died.

Did you use the iFlash mod? I bought one of those over a year ago but it keeps draining the battery to the point that the Sad Mac icon is showing. I have tested this on two different iPods. Maybe it's the SD card, which ones did you use?

I used the iflash quad sd adapter and two sandisk extreme microSD cards. I think the forum for the iflash adapter has a card compatibility chart. Runs perfectly.
