Hi,I recently picked up an extra 5 shelf stainless steel Uline shelf from my boss.
This thing stands about 7' and is about 20-25" wide and about 10-12" deep.
I'm replacing part of my deadly wall of boom with this on the left half.
I believe I'll use it for my Sharp classic 8000,9000 series boxes and if room my 767,777H,777Z.
Those total 15 in all.
It should hold 15-20 good sized boomers,
I'm going to cover the chrome shells with my nice bath towels or some black or dark blue felt.
I'm going to start putting it together next weekend after this New Year weekend.

I'm so excited to be able to display at least 1 section of my collection!!
I just wish I would have picked up a 2nd. as this was free!! I could have then put up s JVC RC-M Series!
Photos of shel when put together before and after and maybe I could get some ideas before the final Boombox display!!😀😎📻💳📟

Here's photos of the shelf all up and clean and ready to be filled with grails!!
What do you think?
JVC RC-M Series or Sharp GF-8***,9*** series which total 15. Only 8 for JVC M50,60(2),70(2),80,and 90 and 656..
Or GF-8989II,8787,9090,9191(2),9292,9494,9595,9696,9797(2),and I have to try to make room for 777H,777Z,767!😀😎💳📻📟

Nice shelves Jeff!

I have the 3 of those same model shelves. I bought them from SAM's club for around $100 each. It came with a thick plastic underlay that really helps to slowly slide boxes. They are so strong and sturdy. One additional thing I did was to use rubber foam heat insulation tubes on all the side stands. This way boxes won't hit and get scratched. One need to watch where the wheels rest because the whole weight is acting at approximately 1 square inch on each wheels. On a few I bought those 4'X2" cardboard from home depot and used a layer under the heavy boxes and tube radios.

Thanks everyone, these are actually ULine super heavy stainless steel racks that go for hundreds of dollars.
They have rubber stop plugs in the top.
Also they can hold a lot of weight so the boomboxes are not close to capacity. This is industrial quality store shelves and I'm so psyched my boss gave them to me!
Now after around 4.5 hours or grail rearranging I got it in place and Sharps are in place except 2 777's which are to high for this rack set.'
I hope to get another by spring for my JVC's!😎

Hello everyone, here's some photos from yesterday displaying my Sharp GF 8***,9*** series boxes.especuslly since I have all the Sharp GF9*** series boxes except the 9000 which I intend to get someday.
The only mistake I've done is not front displaying the 9292 which is behind a 9191,plus there is a 2nd.9191 which is not on the shelf but made sure there was room for it after I get its last antenna.

I'm also getting a dark blue rope light to accentuate the Sharp display rack.
Hope you like it,the boxes do overlap a little but it's only 35" wide and I have to make sure I can get at least 3-4 to a shelf.

Nice rack! I have similar shelving but yours looks wider and more heavy duty than mine. I have 2 to a shelf but at an angle, one staggered in front of the other. Great display, looking SHARP!
