It’s a long way from the US to the UK and many don’t make it here intact, so when after a long wait one turns up in one piece and way better than you thought who wouldn’t be super happy with that?!

It’s missing some knobs and the battery door and didn’t look that great on the listing pics. But it’s in great nick and all the printed fascia sections still have their protective plastic on so will be shiny and mint underneath. So on the pics where it looks a bit cloudy and rough it really isn’t!

Handle even still has plastic on.

And it’s HUGE!!

Unfortunately every time I bought a box that was described as a piece of crap it actually turned out being one lol
. When I buy boxes from Skippy they usually are always better than I thought they would be. He'll make it sound average but when it arrives it looks f****** immaculate.

I'm glad she turned out better than you thought aside from a few knobs and button looks like the actually it might take a decent care of it.

I'll bet it's some point some kids got a hold to it just started ripping off the parts.

Congrats man! Nice score, I love it when they have that protective plastic over the front panels My 975 has all of it intact as well but I have not peeled it off just yet, but I know if I do it will look so much nicer with that glossy, rich, deep black finish. I used Eric and Norm's 975 chrome kit over the mids and tweeter bezels on mine and it made a HUGE impact on the bling factor

Had lots on so only got round to doing this one yesterday...peeled the plastic off and BAM it’s mint. Loving it!

It is unbelievable, that such a great box....i never found in the Netherlands...
I was 15 years back in those days....i was not intereseting in girls.....only in this box !

There was also the superjumbo j1 747s, but it was not for sale in the Netherlands, not even in Amsterdam ....

What a great unit you've got there !!
