It's not - just the lighting.

The gold conions have black decals by the power switch and black in the tuner dial.

what if those parts had been switched I mean guys have used parts from a helix or clairtone for Conion and vise versa. All pics I have seen look this way

Anything is possible. Ask the seller to take different pictures in natural light outside during the day. That will tell you what you need to know .
