To make a long story short UPS mistakenly redelivered the boombox to the guy he never paid for and he quit responding to me.
Either something had happened or the guy simply decided to take advantage of the situation.

How can UPS by mistake redeliver an item if it is not paid in full? I am confused!
Redeliver- what happened there?
I was wondering even if someone knows him what can we do about this situation!

My question would be - why was a boombox shipped before it was paid for?

OMG! Everyone wants to listen to a long story - fine :-)
I sold boombox on ebay last summer - after receiving buyer claimed something was not working and started a return. Upon return of boombox to me it turned out to be physically damaged - buyer denied everything and it does not matter with ebay anyway...
UPS picked up the box for damage inspection from me and sent it to the buyer instead of returning it back me (those idiots were specifically asked multiple times to return it to FL). The guy was communicating back to me and disappeared around Christmas - I guess he decided to keep free broken box anyway.
That's it - I suspect he dropped it initially after unpacking (it was very well packed) and decided to take advantage of ebay return policy (this is my assumption only).

That sucks, but it explains everything. Every time I read a post about shipping gone wrong makes me more anxious about buying a box that needs to be shipped.

If they shipped it to the wrong person, they should reimburse you for its value.

Here is a new one Eric Miron +1 920-422-1070 303 S Outagamie St, Appleton WI 54914-4917 purchased RX-7200 on ebay from me back in August, claimed "not working" I accepted return at my cost. Ebay strongly suggested partial refund less shipping one way. Seller-scammer opened chargeback case on PayPal and got back twice the shipping (some sales tax) out of my pocket - beware! Both ebay and PP washed their hands :-)

Toshik, put the guy’s EBay ID in the eBay member feedback thread so that others can put it in their block buyers list.
