So Over the Summer back in June (Before I was even heard of this forum) I found this JVC PC-11JW At a Garage Sale for 2.00, it is in rough shape the cassette is stuck in the up mode, but can still play radio and line in just fine.

But anyways Today I was at a Goodwill Thrift Store and found a Pair of JVC PC-B11K Speakers same speakers on the JVC PC-11JW Needless to say they were only 4.00 so I brought them :-)

When I got home I rigged the 2 speakers to the existing areas and plugged my iPhone in and was nearly blown away with the loudness from these 4 speakers

So Did I create a Masterpiece or a Monster or Both

Also I am contemplating if there is any way to attach these 2 speakers on the box.

Not Bad for $6.00 Right?

Don't know how you connected the 4 speakers but if you connected them in parallel, you might want to be careful because that will result in a halving of the impedance and if your amp's output impedance capacity is insufficient to handle such low impedances, you could possibly blow your amplifiers, especially when bass demands are high because that's when impedance will be lowest.

i would call it a monsterpiece  i love it , wish i had extra speakers for mine now .

just don't burn her up man ,you might want to wire the speakers in series to keep the impedence high enough to keep the amp from being over worked.

I Agree with you that is the last thing I want to do is burn it up, How would I wire in the series so I can keep the impendence low?

you would wire the positive wire from one speaker to negative of other then use other positive to output positive on bbx and same with negative from opposite speaker

It reminds me of this fellah on another Boombox site. I seem to remember a crazy huge ten or so speaker Panasonic mutant he welded together out of a bunch of old one piece blasters.
