Denon DRM 700A service!

Hello guys. I've received a tapedeck out of ebay, it is mentioned on the title above. It is the Denon DRM 700A. At first when I used it the speed was way to high so I turned down the speed pot on the motor to possible lowest setting. But it is still going way to fast (About 3202 hz based on 3000hz). Now I face another trouble with high wow and flutter. If I clean the pinch roller it plays about 5 minutes normal then it starts wow and flutter horribly.
So I need some help finding a proper pinch roller and belt set for that machine. Anyone can help me?
I found this one on ebay but the price is way to high.

(I have used sand paper to grind down the pinch roller and make it look better)

Start buy replacing belts, problem is the cost of the ones you mention are more than the the deck is worth and you don't know if that will fix all the problems. If your patient you can buy a whole new machine that works for the price of the belts.
