you know sometimes we forget the importance of a handle on a boombox.
today out and about i came across yet another of the huge black sonys. this time it was a fh205.
there is a but of course there has to be.
no handle.
it seemed to be in stellar shape and well there just was no way i was going to lug this three piece thirty poundish monster around on the bus.
i mean thirty pounds dosent sound like much but i can assure you holding one of these even by the handle for a couple of hours is going to wear on you after a while.
so i think tommorrow i am gonna head back up there with my spare handle and rescue this beast.
i dont think anyone is going to beat me too it . its kind of a wierd little shop and i think i shall be lucky if i get there in the morning.
wish me luck and i will post photos of this what i think must be a pretty rare old box.
no unfortunately yet again the rechargable power supply is not there but i am going to grab it anyways.

I have carried 70lb boxes of curly fries from the truck to the freezer and I think 30lbs is a joke to lug around
