I walked past my mates place earlier,known eachother since we were kids..police and people in the street,my friend hung himself...man,is`nt life shitty sometimes.....i only saw him last night....no idea what he was going to do...i`m still shocked...another friend gone !

It just begs the question,why do people do that ??????

I don't think we can fully understand what would push somebody to do that but I would think there was something in his life that was seriously depressing him. Sometimes people just give up hope and feel overwhelmed but to end it this way is really horrible.

Had a friend of a friend do the same thing years ago, awful situation and especially for the loved ones he left behind

Man Ghettoman-I'm so sorry-I lost my best friend to a car accident in 97' then lost my other best friend in 2005'.
It's always so hard especially when they go so suddenly like that.
So sorry-I still grieve from time to time.
Time does heal man-Have a better week and pray to God for support-it helps.

having lost my mother
ex girfriend and one of my best friends to suicide i can sympathize with you.
its a rough deal man a shitty one to say the least.
try to remember the good stuff.
suicide is a way bigger problem than is reported.
many many many many people commit suicide and its never reported as such.

my friend richard decided he couldnt deal with stuff anymore. he was a military sniper and gave up his army career to pursue the family business. eventually debt got to much his marriage fell apart and well things just got worse and worse.

his favorite movie was vanishing point. so i was not at all surprised when i got the news he had driven in the back of a street cleaner at over a hundred thirty miles a hour in a brand new mustang gt he had just gone out and bought on credit the night before.
bad times for sure.
i should have connected the dots when he came in to visit me at work and gave me a bunch of stuff. i was super busy and had to get back at it.
that was the last time i saw him and he did try to call me about a hour before he took himself out.
suicide is just brutal.
the thing i hate more than the actual loss of friends is the complete and total ignorance of people who think they can look inside someones mind and know what they were going through when they did it.
its easy to judge a situation standing in your own shoes rather than someone elses.
dont get me wrong i dont think there is ever a good reason to just check out but at the same time more needs to be done to prevent suicide.

its right,if only you can just get a hint of whats going on in there head,if only they just say one word thats something is wrong,but they`r very clever,only they know what there about to do,and there also very clever to act normal,so normal that they give nothing away,no signals,no hints,nothing...

that sucks man, my neighbor did the same thing but with a gun, he shot his wife, mother in law, and in front of his kids, they were afraid to call the cops for 2 days until the kid called and the military police came to the neighbor hood and took over.

He was a little mentally unstable tho. Still, I never expected him to hang himself.
