There was a M90 on ebay that started yesterday for $99 and I sent the seller a message to see if they would sell it for $250 + shipping. I told them to call or text me when they switched the auction over to buy-it-now. I just came in from working on the yard and had an email from the seller saying that they setup the buy it now and "good luck"...... of course someone bought it before I got to it :ls-duel:


Damn it, I'm pissed - No one's fault really. Just mad that I had the chance and it was changed for me basically and now it's gone just as fast .

A similar thing happened with Me and Master Blaster on my Sony CFS-99.
He threw in an offer and went to bed. |-)
I got up early in the morning and checked around at stuff on Ebay and found the BIN that the seller had set up for M.B. :ebay:
Of course I knew nothing about the deal so I naturally hit the BIN......
I found out later that M.B had put in an offer and I was in the right place at the right time I guess....

Asked if they had a buy it now price yesterday - so, guess it was changed, for , um, us!

And guess what? Someone slid in there when we weren`t looking!

Don`t ya just hate it when that happens? Well, the upshot is you`ll know if it was someone in your neighbourhood if they are doing cartwheels and screaming, YES!! YES!! YES!!

Oh well, there is ONE happy 90 owner out there now- hopefully someone here cashed in on our combined efforts!

Yup but it worked out for the better, Skippy now has a 99 and I already have one 99 so no harm at all.
I have to admit it was a little jolting to see what the seller did but when I found out what happened I laughed about it.

The deals aren't over so keep looking and I'm sure something else will come along.
I'm sure it stings a little though.

well i am still waiting for my sony cfs-99 :'-( so i guess i will have to wait also ,,, blu dont take it hard m90 are showing up more than before and most of the time in prices that make more sense

To make myself feel better I went for a walk with my SCR-8 to the post office today to put some bills in the letter box...... I feel a little better now.
