Crown 950L and Sharp GF 6363

Today is a good boxday :thumbsup: . Have Crown 950 and Sharp GF 6363. I was expecting the Crown, but the Sharp just pop up last night to a fellow dj :thumbsup: . The Crown is nearly minty - just a couple of tiny, hard to see scratches. Love the sound and big bouncing LED s :thumbsup: . Its 100% working and defo one of my favorite already. The Sharp is missing aerial and its little dirty, but i thing after deep cleaning is goin to be shiny little dude. Its working 100% too :thumbsup: . Both keepers :breakdance: .

Thanks to all. Just love how the leds on the Crown are goin up with the volume. Love this. Dont have any other box on wich the vu's or the leds are workin that way. Probably is not the best way for the track record level but is really cool feature :thumbsup: . I wanted nice 950 for a wile and now i have it. Can sound wired but im after all boxes with nice double (or more) LEDs. Probably my user name should be LEDaddict :lol: .

I'm liking both :drool: . Crowns always seem to be just out my price range and they slip past all the time. One day hopefully ;-) .

Thanks. I like it too. And didnt see it before. Just lucky catch :yes: . Its keeper deffo. The strange one, didnt look much like other Sharps.

First, congratulations on the new scores - especially the Crown! :cool:

If you want another box with a similar LED set-up, you should probably go with the Rising 20/20 'cause the meters work the exact same way. :yes:

Thanks Mono. the Rising is in my wish list, but didnt know about the leds way. I suspect Clairtone 7978 too.

The Sharp's VU meter will also go up with the volume but the threshold is quite low, so the volume will be on like 4 with meter going all the way up to the top. I have the GF6262, same exact box but with different speaker and mike grill styling.

It's one of my favorites; simple in design but a really solid and heavy build quality with nice clear LOUD audio, and nice strong tuner section to boot. If only it had a line in.......but then again I don't think the tape deck will EVER die on this thing!! :thumbsup:
