...And he says he cannot guarantee that the tape works since it was last tested...a year ago. :hmmm: It always kills me when you get these sellers who claim to not have a single cassette laying around the house. I am half tempted to send them one of my cassettes just to see how they wiggle out of it (lost in the mail, not enough time, my dog ate it). It's kind of a no-brainer that if the cassette decks work, you're going to proudly and boldly state so in the listing!

This is the part I like..." It was working properly during the last test, but I cannot guarantee full functionality as of the last test. "

Huh?

  Yeah I think all of this really means he knows what does and doesn't work but he won't admit it.

P.O.S............

Looks like it's going to slide up over $200.00 before it's done. That's a lot of cash for a P.O.S....

:-O :hmmm: :-O

I have come to the realization that some people rely on text alot and not as observant of details in images. This guy has NO DESCRIPTION in his ad. Just some pictures. His feedback is not stellar including one guy that left positive but his comment was "none". Don't know what that means but I suspect it means he isn't thrilled with his purchase. I actually didn't see the broken case until Blu said it. Then I had to look again, very carefully before seeing the split. I suspect others might have missed that too. I know some guys that can take a quick glance and see all the defects -- I'm not like that.

I don't even know what to say..... If that sold for $200, my minty one should hit $3-400 easily and I would sell it.

Boomboxes all of a sudden are mainstream cool. (Just saw one in a Flo Progressive Insurance commercial.) Some people will pay anything to be part of the trend. (Glad I started collecting when the demand was low[er] and supply was good.)
