Clairtone 7978

Hi Everyone,
I’m new to the forum and just picked up a clairtone 7978. Just looking for some advice, the box has a loose power connector. Everything works but when I connect the power cord the connector is loose and has pushed back into the box. Is this any easy fix that I could attempt myself or should I take it somewhere. Appreciate any help. Look forward to learning more about the forum.
