CityBoy comes to the Boy in the City

Peter aka Blasterpunk visited me yesterday to "deliver" the next haul of boomboxes (yeah...load off his junk at my place )
Anyway, he had 3 boxes with him for me . One was a trade we agreed on quite a while ago, the other one was a box i called dibs on when Peter got it (Toshiba RT-S90 is rough condition ) and the one I am actually most impressed by is the CONION CITY BOY!
I never though Peter would let that one go but i must have caught him in a delirium so he agreed to sell it to me .
He told me the tape was not working...but after a little fiddling with the auto stop mechanism, I have it working 100% again!
Damn, I don't know how to properly thank him for giving this bloody rare box to me .
I actually only know of two other Cityboys in existence...nz_boom's red Brandt version and Fatdog's green baby .
And the sound of this mini is actually not as bad as I expected. I LOVE the LEDs and the little tape run indicator

And just btw...I am currently cranking up the Toshiba S90 and am BLOWN away. The bass reaches SOOO deep It is also bigger than I remembered it
Well...even though it is in the crappiest condition out of the three of them, it is probably the one I love best
