cheap SHARP GF-777 found.

Today I found and bye this SHARP GF 777 in bad condition for $80.
Radio, Line In, Line Out, Mic Mixing, All four speakers work.
Cassette decks sleep - don't works.
Missing righ grill, some small knobs, battery door.
Need new speakers, new 2 antenas, new cassette doors.
There is much work to restoration.
This is my winter project.

Conratulations. If you think about it, the main box is what really counts. The rest of it's needs are just "bolt on" parts really. With time and luck, you can find many of the parts for it from friends here, ebay, etc.. Antennas? knobs, batt. cover? cassette door? grills?- We still see these parts around and that's good news for you. Speakers? Now you can install some really cool custom speakers. I have plenty of parts left from my donor. Like the battery door and some of the small switches. Let me know in a PM if anything. The 1 door you have in good condition can be fixed with a car headlight cleaner. You'll find the other door or at least the glass part possibly from a member. I'll check to see if I have any grills left. Not sure on that. I even have some woofers NOS for a Kaboom (JVC) that might sound pretty good in there and some others in boxes. (what can I say I love speakers!) Have plenty of stuff let me know what ya want and need!! :thumbsup:

Just paying it forward like the awesome members that helped me with my M90 (MONCHITO & mellymelsr) Viennasound with my KH-9000 and some other guys who's names I (I'm sorry) can't remember. Especially my man Lopez who introduced me to these fine people. No regrets! Que viva Boomboxery!
