My sanyo bargain 7900 may not be such a bargain!! but as it's a machine i have wanted for a while i'm gonna sort it out!! The problem is it's a bit crunchy on one channel.I have tried cleaning speakers function switch well all pots and everything I've done with switch cleaner!! Had the whole thing to bits for a bath!!Cleaned head and put on new belts but still it's there.It's perfect on headphones so can i asume it's not the amp chip.Checked all conections and cleaned them with contact spray!! also cleaned the headphone input!! what else could it be!!I did think it could of been the speaker but by changing round the connector it still was on the same channel!! HELP it's driving me mad!! one good thing it's easy to work on and is pretty nice condition !! oh yer one other thing if you turn it up loud it's not so bad but if you turn the treble down it is worse or you can hear it better one or the other!!It is like the speakers had it but i have checked that!Oh yer the hum which is on when the power supply is connected come's out of the same channel more than the other!! are these connected!?
