Well, I was at the "Name Your Own Price Store" today and picked up some more cassette tapes. No radio's to choose from.
First, I have to start the list off with:
BILL COSBY "Himself" 1982. This is just a classic comedy tape of Bill Cosby at his very best.
Next we have:
MC HAMMER "Please Hammer Don't Hurt Em" 1990. Which of course features "U Can't Touch This"
Then we have:
The Village People "Live and Sleazy" 1979. This is 90 minutes of a full LIVE concert featuring all the hits including "Macho Man", "In The Navy" and of course "Y.M.C.A.".
I had to grab the mega hit album:
Jane's Addiction "Ritual De Lo Habitual" 1990. Featuring "Been Caught Stealing"
Then for those nights out with the wife parked on the back road working towards some action, I got:
James Taylor "JT" 1977. Featuring many many hits including "Hand man"
And if that doesn't get her in the mood:
Neil Diamond "The Very Best Of..." 1987. This features all his massive hits.
Next Up, one of the great Rocker's of all time:
Jerry Lee Lewis "The Golden Rock Hits Of..." No Date. Featuring "Whole Lotta Shaken Going On", "Great Balls Of Fire" and "High School Confidential".
And since we're Rocking:
Talking Heads "Little Creatures" 1985. This features "And She Was" and "Road To No Where"
More Rock n Roll:
Huey Lewis and The News "Huey Lewis and The News" 1983. This album features some of their biggest hits including "I want a new drug", "The Heart And Soul Of Rock N Roll" and "Walking On A Thin Line".
At real great classic Rock album:
Boston "Third Stage" 1986. The 3rd album from the power house 70's Rock group features "Amanda" and "Cool The Engines".
For some real easy listening:
The London Symphony Orchestra "Music from The Galaxies" 1994. This cassette features the Orchestra performing hit songs from Space TV shows and Movies like "Star Wars", "Moonraker", "Superman", "Battlestar Galactica", "Star Trek" and more.
Now were getting down to the obscure:
Hee Haw Gospel Quartet "The Best Of..." 1995. This album features Buck Owens, Roy Clark, Grandpa Jones and Kenny Price
And the rarest cassette I found, was in a very early cassette case with art work:
Osmonds "Osmonds" No date. This tape looks to be there first album. It was released on MGM Records, but has no date. It must be from the early 1970's. It's before they were called "The" Osmonds!
