Hey, whats up everybody.

So today I got my GE 3-5286 A in the mail today. I woke up early to catch the post man haha.
But wow, this is by for the most "new" boombox i own. Everything works in this boy. Even in cosmetic terms there is no scratch on this. nothing at all. I was speechless when I opened it.
It was like a christmas in 1982. haha.

It sounds really loud, I love the glass on the cassette door. no scratch in on it what so ever.

You know, that is the GE version of the Panasonic RX-5500 boombox which is sooo loved by many members. So you got a great piece there. Enjoy it -- it has great sound and is built like a rock.

I think I still have mine around here somewhere. It is definitely a nice looking boombox. And like Ira mentioned, the green tinted "glass" is a very nice touch.

I got to make a correction to the GE-Panny similarity comment. An old, no make that very very old, wise man just brought to my attention that the GE is a cheap imitation of the Panny 5500 "real deal." So I stand corrected. And the old man shall remain anonymous.

oh well, i still think its very nice boombox
I'm not a great guy with money to give around, so i got a great deal on this one.

Just a more affordable version to me

Now, we realize that it's not got a scratch on it at all, but what you need to do is get rid of the scratchy photography so we can really appreciate it!

You should photo it outside when you get a chance!!!
The natural light will really give you some nice photos of your gem.
