Can you guys tell me how the hell you varifuy my paypal acc

I have been trying for ages, i click the varifuy link and all it does is to ask me my bank deatails i put them in and basically it just says account already exists :annoyed: :annoyed: .

I need to pay a seller and paypal wont let me because i have reached my limit.

Usually, to "verify" your account, you give PayPal a checking account or savings account number. PayPal then deposits some amount into the account provided along with a verification code that shows up on your bank statement. Once you enter that code, your account is verified.
