Can anyone tell if this is good walkman

I purchased a 100% working Panasonic on the bay for 30 bucks with original box and free shipping. It is Panasonic RQ-V460. This has feather touch controls and auto reverse. Description says it's been tested and works well. Seller is 99.7 and has over 8 thousand sales (shoulder shrug).

Why so cheap? Does this model suffer from some sort of major issue? At this point I'm feeling good about this for that price.

Ok. So I got ripped off. Walkman came today and doesn't even power up. Emailed seller. If they do not respond within a day I will submit a return on the item and go from there.

Well the seller is refunding my money. He didn't require for me to return the item. I took it apart to see what was going on but battery acid had ruined it. No way it would ever play again. In the trash it goes.
