It is a modern retro-style bluetooth boombox with cassette player, the Victrola VBB-10-SLV that you can buy on Amazon if you will. There exists also an almost identical docking station, the Innovative Technology Digital Mix Maker ITBB-1980i (see pic).

I've parted out one of these. The tweeter grilles and chrome dustcaps are for show only - no speakers behind them.

Maybe Blondie, an early boombox lover, was intrigued by the design. It clearly hints at the classic street look of the Helix HX 4633-N, or TEC 879 RR (see pic), or Stylandia MX 1008 Super Jumbo, or... (you name it)
