Can any Electro Fans here help me identify a track??

so down here in the south west, we got this FM radio station called ujima, which plays hiphop soul reggae etc... anyway, i heard this electro tune on the air, which was pretty :super: and i would like to track this tune down. all i can say about it is that it sounds of early ish 1980s era, it was pretty long i think, and Ice-T layed down some vocals on it any ideas people? cheers
