Hey Guys

Our 2010 Canadian Party Safari was an awesome time and I wanted to share the details and vids:
http://www.decentralizeddanceparty.com/ ... a-success/

And the first Party Safari Photo Album (tons of sweet boomboxes in here:)
http://tinyurl.com/2a7j8dg

And although Party Safari was a great time and a huge success, we lost a ton of money doing it...
And so we have created a Christmas Fundraiser: http://www.indiegogo.com/Safari

The rest of the photos and videos are coming soon.
Along w info on Party Safari 2011 (A 20-City North American Boombox Tour)
And then the Global Party Pandemic (A Crazy tour to every other country we can get to before getting killed)

We're still deciding what cities we should travel to, so please let us know where we should go if you'd like to join the Party!

Regards,
Gary

Interesting stuff. I see you were in Saskatoon...would have shown up with my beater GF-777. :-D But I heard nothing about it happening...I'm too old to be reading the right twitter feeds. :annoyed:

As an aside, doesn't redbenjoe do something like this regularly at home whenever the house is empty? All 400-or-so grails turned up to max?

It consists of hundreds of Party People, carrying boomboxes, and a DJ who wears a backpack, containing a powerful FM transmitter.

All the boomboxes are tuned into the DJ’s master FM broadcast, resulting in a mobile, synchronized sound system. This Portable Dance Party roams the night, generating complete awesomeness, street by street and block by block,
