Don't matter what you have you just press play,
All day, every day, now you're on the way.

You feel the beat, you begin to slide,
Feel the "Pleasure" can't measure, makes you want to "Glide".

Rollin oldskool on bikes, strap your box to the bar,
Kickin it as the stereo in your car.

Grab the handle, check the chrome, blinded by the shine.
Jealous fellas, haters, yellas, say "I wish it was mine".

24 hours we listen, constant regularity,
Addin fresh batteries, checkin the polarity.

So let's kick the rhymes, spit some of the poetry,
But when you do, make sure your checkin' the vulgarity.

and hit the bin if the price is right
going out for those big ass radios
checkin fleamarkets and thriftstores and save em from throwin out the windows
and when it comes to grails i just yell bingo
once i met masta killa in a dream
he said they were wrong it aint all about the cream
its more what about u dream so keep dreamin
the sound of my boombox keep me beamin
to the stars

Poetry isn't exactly my strong suit, but at least I was paying attention in school the day we studied limericks.

system that he dreamed about
to get the gem of ur collection
that u dreamed about
that screams so loud that it could please the crowd
with run dmc or eek a mouse
u got the grail u wanted all u need are some decals
plenty of d -cells
put in a tape and listen what the beast tells
even caveman were listening to the seashells
so dont take the boombox for what she actually is
she is more for me
those lame a$$ eggs keep boring me

fast hard bass, allover the place, the draft from the woofers blowin wind in your face,
making people jam allover the land, boxes are my life you gotta understand,
cranking up the volume to the max, hardcore bassline, deep house tracks,
i wanna see y'all get busy to the tracks i play, just like we did back in the day,
im gonna head for home now with ma box in ma hand, but one day il'e be back,
