I ran into this while browsing on ebay... whaddaya think about it?
I actually think it'd be fun to try something out like that on one of my beater boomers... why not?

I'm actually pretty impressed with the ingenuity, attention to detail and the overall quality of work. It would be nice to see one or more of the big companies producing Something along these lines but that's very wishful thinking.

What would be really cool is get some (if you can) generic type of touch screen (like the one the iPhone has or the iPad) and do everything with your fingers!

Can you imagine the reel cassette image he has there on the screen actually moving while it plays any song??? That would be too awesome! Why can't JVC or Sharp or Sanyo read these threads or hire people like that guy and give him money for his great ideas??? Fujitsu where are you??? :annoyed: :annoyed: :annoyed: :annoyed:

Really an interesting construction.

But i would´nt do it to such an nice box in working condition.

Yea great idea way beyond my skills but if i were gunna do this i would use a much better box for the project.
