Well, I've had my restored Sanyo 920 boomer up and running for a couple of months now.
Great sound (I think) using AM/FM and, of course, a variety of cassette tapes.
Now I look for tapes at the thrift stores and sales I go to. Something else to collect!
What surprised me was how good the sound quality is when running a variety of audio devices through the Line In.
I restored a nice Panasonic 8 Track Deck/Recorder I recently ran across.
Superb audio through the Sanyo, better than I would have expected.
Now I'm using a Polk Audio Sirius XM home receiver.
Once again, really high quality sound running through the Sanyo boomer, though have to crank up the Bass control.
Now, how fun is that!
What do you play through your boombox Line In?????
