Boombox eating tapes....

I got a Magnavox D8443 and it is eating the tapes. What's the problem? Solution? Does it need a new belt?

more than likely or bad pinch roller rubber, a missing belt or something broken u might have to take apart just to see what is missing or broken or just plain good ole cleaning

Hello, it could be worn belts or possibly these are also known for worn out gears. Either way you will need to get inside to further investigate. But I will will worn you these are a difficult box to work on inside and if you decide to take lots of pics and write stuff down. Good luck
