So I've done 500 posts here now.

I've managed to own over 35 different boxes, most of them good like discolite, sharp 9000, toshiba bombeat 16, some excellent (VZ-2000, toshiba S90, sanyo 920,M70, sharp 9696  ) and some crap.
I always managed to use my boxes outside or at parties which is something I like, showing them off and getting attention and doing the stuff it was meant for them to be doing, rocking the house ! If it was sunnier I would have gathered the ones I have here and made a anniversary photo or something :-D . But I'm still waiting for my latest, possibly last in a while, awesome boombox to arrive ;-) .

I have gotten a more refined taste as well I think, selling big black empty boxes for quality sharps or toshibas for example. I don't think I'll buy many more ( famous last words), I do tend to notice every time my wish-list is finished I make a new one :-P. I think I will try to fix a few decks on the ones I have.
also I am moving from the country soon so there will be some posts related to that later. I am possibly relocating much closer to Japan because my degree is over soon, and we'll see if I can stay away.

Also would like to say thank you to all the help and positive energy I've gotten form here, for all the good deals and parts with too many people to mention! Sometimes I can't wait to upload the pics of a new box because I know you guys are gonna enjoy it like no one else   :smooch: .

Hoping to be around way more, but also feeling the will to not have so much stuff/boxes and take a break, I'll leave most of them in Europe for a while.

Great post and pic! I can relate to everything you said......
Perfectly worded, been nice to deal with you Spacelobster!
Moving nearer to Japan will not help to slow down the collection, trust me!

Sweet collection! One nice thing about still being relatively new here is the occasional pop-in of old site vets. Puts a big smile on my face.

When you say "closer to Japan" does that mean Wales, or more like Los Angeles? :-)

Thanks everyone :smooch: !
I really had a blast ;-) being here, and being at uni with a massive collection of party machines has been epic ! But my course finishes this summer and I was thinking of maybe travel to New Zealand for a year after that  .
