Boombox As Art

I just stumbled upon this mid bicycle ride. For reference I’m six feet tall, tho shorter now seeing that I'm sitting. This is on the side of a mechanical building near South Station in Boston, Mass, USA.
The artwork stays up for six months to a year then it replaced by new artwork. It could be anything. It’s nearly 80 feet high (24 meters).

I think it would've looked awesome with just the boombox.
I don't really get why they inserted the kid crouching in front of it.

Some kids get dressed like that still. But possibly to present scale.i tend to put something in my pic to show scale

Thanks for the link goodman, apparently I don’t know as much about my city as I think. That’s ok though, keeps things interesting.

It became interesting to me and I googled - that's how I found more information.
